From November to February, we produce over 15,000 kg of traditional Italian baked Carnival pastries every day, including

chiacchiere, riccioline and bugie. Our range includes classic, wholemeal, spelt and chocolate-coated varieties. Available in a wide

range of formats, they are also ideal for restaurants and pastry shops. Once you have tried them, you will not want to go without them!
